Our goal at Mount Isa Baptist Church is to be followers of Jesus who are sharing His message of hope to our community, our nation and our world. God is doing great things in the north-west of Queensland and as a church we are excited and feel privileged to be part of His amazing purpose and plan.

God is in the business of changing lives and we are reminded of this in the bible where Luke records in Acts 17:26b-28a the following statement; "and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. 'For in him we live and move and have our being.'

"Our desire at MIBC is to see people reach out and find God and walk the journey of life as a follower of Jesus. Jesus brings meaning, purpose, hope and colour to life.
